What do you expect to learn from this podcasting project?
- Become fluent and confident in my speech
- Know more about the history of Japanese cuisine
- Improve my ability to convey ideas in Japanese
- Be able to address a Japanese-speaking audience
- To me, communication is the ability to effectively convey ideas through speech, body language, and media. It's a mean by which we can educate and emote with one another-- being able to share knowledge of traditions and reflect upon it.
Well, fluency may be a bit much to ask of any first-year language project. ;-) But yeah, this should definitely help our speaking abilities, as well as giving us interesting (and possibly obscure) knowledge of Japanese cuisine.
